Counsel to Chrisland School (fifth defendant), Ajibola Ariba, argued that the evidence must be relevant to the issue.
Ms Fajana told parties in the suit to refrain from any actions that could prolong the inquest.
The school also requested to be given any other samples and documents made during the autopsy.
The school and the staff (Ademoye Adewale, Kuku Fatai, Belinda Amao, and Nwatu Ugochi Victoria) are facing a two-count charge of manslaughter and negligent acts.
On February 9, the deceased slumped during the inter-house sports organised by the school at the Agege Sports Stadium.
The inquest is to ascertain the cause of death of a 12-year-old Chrisland School pupil, Whitney Adeniran.
A student, 12-year-old Whitney Adeniran, had died under controversial circumstances during the school’s inter-house sports competition on February 9.
The government said that the ministry of justice was aware of an ongoing dialogue about an alleged plan to exhume the body of the student.
“My child was electrocuted to death,” Blessing Adeniran, the mother of the deceased, wailed in a video on social media.
“Chrisland High School, Ikeja, will remain temporarily closed to students and staff.”
