Dennis Basweti’s photo was number seven on the list of those declared wanted.
The pay rise for Mr Ruto’s cabinet members and lawmakers, which, according to local media, took effect on July 1, coincided with anti-finance bill protests in Kenya.
This contradicts President William Ruto’s claim that only 19 deaths were recorded.
“The parliament has been burnt. City Hall has been burnt. We have 19 people dead,” Mr Ruto said.
Mr Ruto’s photos and tweet did not sit well with many of his Kenyan followers, who reminded him of police shooting and killing of protesters last Tuesday and Wednesday.
This comes after weeks of bloody protests against Mr Ruto’s Finance Bill, which has left many dead.
Irate Kenyan demonstrators are not done kicking against the country’s Finance Bill as they launched the #OccupyStateHouse protest.
“I concede and therefore I will not sign the 2024 Finance Bill,” said Mr Ruto.
At least 10 persons were killed and close to 50 injured as Kenyan police opened live rounds on anti-Finance Bill protesters in Nairobi on Tuesday.
A fire outbreak was also seen in City Hall, the office of the governor of Nairobi, and the Supreme Court premises.
