He explained that the infrastructure drive was aimed at expanding the state’s economy.
He said that the association was aware of the concerns raised and had been working on the issue.
The commissioner explained that 105 property owners had yet to receive their payments.
Mr Akin-Funmilayo said N300 million was paid to the first batch of the property owners.
He assured affected landlords and property owners that adequate compensation would be paid.
He added that properties under litigation or involved in financial crime would not be granted amnesty.
