Items recovered from the suspects include two exotic cars and mobile phones.
The suspected fraudsters were arrested on June 4 at Alaro Sango, Agbaje Ijokoro, and Apete Aladura areas of Ibadan.
This is the second time the former governor will be invited by the commission since he left office in 2019.
The suspects would be arraigned in court as soon as investigations are concluded, the EFCC said.
The EFCC spokesman warned the public against taking an unmitigated risk in desperation to earn a windfall on fraudulent schemes.
The EFCC confirmed Mr Okorocha’s arrest but did not give further details.
The anti-graft agency said that the activities range from love scam on numerous dating sites, obtaining money by false pretences.
