Mr Ologunagba said the PDP had engaged in vigorous, issue-based and people-driven campaigns in the three states.
Of the figure, 1.05 million voters are in Bayelsa, 2.4 million are in Imo, and two million are in Kogi.
The wife of the Labour Party governorship candidate, Teslima Eradiri, has commenced a campaign to mobilise women for her husband, Udengs Eradiri.
He said that 16 political parties had fielded candidates for the election.
“This is outrageous and shows a lack of prudency with public funds by the Diri-led administration,” Mr Eradiri said.
Also speaking, Mr Sylva promised to return the state back to the path of progress and development, using his six-point agenda.
“In recent years, democracy in the continent has caused a serious crisis. The challenges of poverty and unemployment have created a crisis of trust in the hearts of our citizens.”
Mr Eradiri wondered how the road project then-Governor Seriake Dickson almost completed could still gulp N30 billion.
He said public-private partnership was the best approach to reviving the moribund seaports, saying the time to take those steps was now.
Mr Odede and others switched allegiance from Governor Douye Diri to the candidate of APC, Timipre Sylva.
