The prosecutor said the offence contravened sections 287, 411, and 308 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
The cleric accused his wife of abandoning their only child and travelling to Libya, where she has resided for two years.
The sixth respondent, First Bank Plc, was not represented by any counsel.
