“Strengthening the capacity of frontline healthcare workers is essential to delivering quality reproductive health services in emergency settings,” he said.
The experts said enhanced collaboration would strengthen information sharing between human and animal health sectors, enabling early detection, treatment and reduced fatalities.
The health ministry said the number of infections since the outbreak was declared in mid-May had risen to 3,200.
