LASTMA has disclosed that a driver on Tuesday was crushed to death after his vehicle collided with another at the Independent Tunnel on Ikorodu Road.
Mr Sanwo-Olu assured affected citizens that the government was prepared to provide support and assistance,where necessary.
“The tanker lost control while in motion, skidded off the bridge way and was left hanging precariously on the bridge rail,” said the fire service.
Mr Abiona advised the governor to focus on leaving a legacy of harmony.
Mr Sanwo-Olu said the budget also aims to improve residents’ quality of life.

LASTMA said officials of the state fire service and rescue team soon arrived at the scene and were making efforts to prevent a fire disaster.
This included the $600 million lithium plant in Nasarawa, the $400 million rare-earth plant also in Nasarawa, and the $200 million ASBA lithium plant in Abuja.
Mr Giwa also urged motorists to be prudent and safety conscious while on the road.
The police spokesperson encouraged the public to remain vigilant and continue to partner with the police by promptly reporting suspicious activities.
