“The refinery is more than a national landmark; it is reducing foreign exchange outflows,” said the official.

Ms Onamusi adjourned the case until December 10 for advice from the director of public prosecutions.
The chief magistrate, C. M. Kushanu, did not take the defendant’s plea.
