Six Labour Party members of the Enugu House of Assembly have officially defected to the Peoples Democratic Party.
Governor Peter Mbah inaugurated a six-man Enugu State University of Science and Technology governing council on Wednesday, with Chinyeaka Ohaa as chairman.
Speaking at the event in Enugu, Mr Mbah promised to expedite action to actualise the immediate takeoff of the teaching hospital.
The dispute involved the developers of Private Estates International West Africa Limited (PEIWA) in Enugu South local council.
“All law-abiding citizens of South-East Nigeria are all enjoined to continually provide timely, reliable and credible information,” said the army.

A statement on Monday by Enugu police spokesman, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, said four vehicles were stolen within the state.
