Works minister David Umahi says the federal government will begin immediate reconstruction of the collapsed Enugu-Port Harcourt bridge.

“We are unable to provide service to our customers in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo states,” EEDC said.
“Part of our vision is to eradicate poverty in Enugu state, and we knew that at the time we were saying that, there was a high rate of poverty in the state.”
