Yusuf Adenoyin, a suspected ritualist, has been nabbed with eight human skulls by the security agencies at Isua Akoko, in the Akoko South-East LGA.
The enforcement team was led by land and housing commissioner Williams Funmilayo during a tour to Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The accused are Sodik Adekola, 30; Bolaji Qudri, 20; Nurani Abdulkarim, 31; and Habib Taofeek, 25.
