APC has kicked against Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s request to the Plateau House of Assembly for approval to acquire a N15 billion loan, accusing the governor of corrupt practices.
The speaker, Moses Sule, who read Mr Muftwang’s request during plenary, said part of the loan would also be used to acquire agricultural inputs for farmers in the state.
Mr Mutfwang gave the assurance while swearing in four new permanent secretaries into the state civil service on Wednesday at the Government House, Jos.
The new permanent secretaries include Helen Chundusu, Roseline Dakwar, Joel Tahvan, Nanman Kparbong and Aishatu Saleh.
Mr Lalong, who decried the wanton killings and destruction of properties in the state, said there was a need for Nigerians to collectively pray for the return of total peace in the state.
