The committee also expressed worry over the access road to the Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri.
She died on Saturday in Zaria, following a brief illness.

Mr Nwosu said the people of Anambra had not spoken, alleging that the election was marred by massive vote-buying and financial inducements at polling units.
“The sleepless nights being ‘enjoyed’ or suffered by the Nigerian government are self-inflicted; they are the outcome of systemic failure,” the cleric said.
