Mr Oyebamiji urged his supporters to be vigilant and protect their votes.
Mr Oyebamiji of the APC secured 256 votes while ADC governorship candidate Najeem Salaam secured only 13 votes.
“Security agencies must immediately stop the voter intimidation by Fadahunsi and his foot soldiers,” Mr Olajengbesi said.

Mr Adeleke described the arrest as barbaric and a vicious attack on free will.
Mr Haruna insisted that the group of political parties parading themselves as IPAC’s leadership in the state lacked legitimacy.
