“The building was poorly constructed. It was built without the requisite approval of the ministry,” said the Anambra government.

Affected institutions include Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA), Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), and the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED).
