14 ships laden with petrol, diesel, fresh fish arrive Lagos ports

According to the document, 11 of the vessels were waiting to berth general cargoes.

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says a total of 14 ships have arrived Apapa, Tincan and Lekki ports in Lagos, waiting to discharge various goods.

NPA stated this in its publication – ‘Shipping Position’, a copy of which was made available to  journalists on Friday.

The document noted that 11 of the vessels were waiting to berth general cargoes, containers of different goods, bulk salt, empty containers, bulk wheat, bulk urea and fresh fish.

NPA explained that the remaining three tanker vessels were waiting to berth with petrol, diesel and crude oil.
