Gov. Bagudu says Malami best attorney general Nigeria ever had

Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State on Friday said Abubakar Malami is the best Attorney General and Minister of Justice Nigeria ever had.
Mr Malami, a controversial but influential cabinet minister, hails from Kebbi and have been in office since President Muhammadu Buhari appointed him in 2015.
Mr Bagudu thanked Mr Buhari for appointing his kinsman.
“He is the best Attorney General Nigeria had ever had, he brought the best of our character to national stage,” Mr Bagudu claimed on Friday in his Sallah message.
The governor also expressed optimism that the governor-elect, Dr Nasir Idris, would bring genuine transformation to the state.
Mr Bagudu said: “We believe Dr Nasir Idris, given his experience, pedegree and humility, he will provide good leadership and Kebbi will be better transformed than he met it.”
He urged them to extend all the necessary support and cooperation to the incoming administration to enable them succeed.
He congratulated the Muslim Ummah for successful completion of Ramadan fast and a peaceful Sallah, urging them to sustain and reflect the virtues of the holy month in their daily lives.
