Ships laden with petrol, frozen fish to berth at Lagos port
On Wednesday, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said that two ships had arrived at the Lagos port complex and were waiting to berth with petrol and frozen fish.
NPA said 25 other ships were expected at the port from May 3 to May 12 with general cargo such as frozen fish, petrol, broken glass, base oil, bulk sugar, automobile gasoline, bulk wheat, and bulk gypsum.
The ports authority added that 14 other ships were discharging general cargo, petrol, bulk wheat, frozen fish, bulk soya bean, butane gas, palm olein and bulk urea.
