Gov. Aiyedatiwa announces spokesman, four other political aides

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has announced five fresh political appointments after taking the oath of office following the death of former governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
Mr Aiyedatiwa, in a statement issued by the state deputy chief of staff, Omojuwa Olusegun, on Wednesday, announced his chief press secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan and Sunday Abire as special assistant on new media and three other aides.
Other aides appointed by the governor include Smart Omodunbi, the special assistant to the governor (Political matters); Motunrayo Oyedele, the special assistant to the governor (Photography) and Temitayo Iperepolu – special assistant to the governor (Domestic and government house}.
Mr Aiyedatiwa was sworn in as the seventh governor of the state on Wednesday following the death of his principal, Mr Akeredolu, who died of prostate cancer at a German hospital.
He was sworn in by the chief judge of the state, Olusegun Odunsola, in line with the constitution.
