The Sam Egwu screening committee had cleared seven governorship aspirants to participate in the primary election.
According to the statement, 627 delegates from the state’s 18 local government areas will elect the party’s governorship flag bearer at the International Culture and Events Centre in Akure.
It stated that accreditation of delegates would commence at 10:00 a.m.
