LP fixes April 5 for Anambra governorship primary

The timetable indicates that the sale of expression and interest/nomination forms will commence on February 10

The National Executive Committee of the Labour Party has approved April 5 for its governorship primary in Anambra State.

The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Obiora Ifoh, made this known in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.

Mr Ifoh said that the party’s National Secretary, Umar Ibrahim, had published this in a timetable and schedule of activities for Anambra 2025 governorship primaries.

According to him, the timetable indicates that the sale of expression and interest/nomination forms will commence on February 10, while the sale of the delegates’ form will start on March 20.

The national publicity secretary urged interested aspirants to visit the party’s national headquarters for the collection of the guidelines for the governorship primary and other necessary information.
