Tinubu, former defence chief Christopher Musa meet
President Bola Tinubu on Monday met with former defence chief Christopher Musa at the State House, Abuja.
The visit was Mr Musa’s first public appearance at the Villa since his retirement by Mr Tinubu on October 24.
The details of their closed-door engagement were not disclosed.
Mr Musa served as the chief of defence staff from June 23, 2023, until his retirement in October.
The meeting took place as the nation grapples with heightened insecurity, following the president’s recent declaration of a national security emergency.
