At the venue to observe the process are two INEC National Commissioners, Sani Adams and Ken Ukeagu.
Also in attendance are Director of Election and Party Monitoring, Joan Arabs, Director Legal, Rakiya Nauzo and Director Drafting and Clearance, Nkechi Abuh.
Others INEC representatives include Mustapha Abubakar, Deputy Director Party Legal and Liaison, Mas’ud Hassan, Rakiya Dattijo, Umar Hassan and Babangida Shanu.
Mr Wike-backed faction is organising the convention expected to see the return of Abdulrahman Mohammed as the party’s national.
Over 2500 delegates from across the 36 states of the country were mobilised for the exercise.
