Governor Oyebanji wins polling unit

A total of 330 voters participated in the exercise at the polling unit.

Governor Biodun Oyebanji of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has won at his polling unit.

Mr Oyebanji polled 326 votes, defeating the African Democratic Congress (ADC), which scored 2 votes at the polling centre.

The result sheet, signed by Odeyemi Tobi Timilehin, the presiding officer of the unit, indicated that a total of 330 voters participated in the exercise.

Checks by the Peoples Gazette showed that counting of votes had begun across several other polling centres in the state as of the time of filing this report.
