A 40-year-old man, Musibau Falowo, on Thursday appeared before an Ogudu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos over an alleged attempted rape.

Falowo is standing trial on a one-count charge of attempted rape.

The prosecutor, SP Josephine Ikhayere, told the court that the defendant allegedly committed the offence on July 5 at about 11:30 a.m. at No. 23, Nelson Cole St., Olowosokedile, Ifako, Lagos.
