Veteran Nollywood actor, Peter Fatomilola, has recounted the moment skit maker and actor Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, showered him with unexpected amount after featuring in a movie scene.

Mr Fatomilola, in an interview with Africa List, hailed Mr Adedayo for his show of generosity during their encounters.

“When I started this work at a location in Fiditi, he greeted and escorted me to the car. He gave me N200,000 as transport fuel. The person I came to work for gave me N50, 000. It’s not once or twice. I can’t count it,” the actor narrated.

Mr Fatomilola, who explained the actor paid him N1,000,000 after featuring once in a movie, revealed that Mr Macaroni also sent his son and grandson some money.

“He thought of me and contacted me telling me that he was expecting me for a job. So I had to go there. I was waiting for them to call me to the scene, unknown to me that they invited me only for a scene.

“What I saw was Peter to Peter: Peter Edochie and Peter Fatomilola acted together. He [Mr Macaroni said I had satisfied him]. He then called my son and gave him N100,000; he gave my grandchild N50,000. We had not left Lekki when he sent me N1,000,000,” the veteran actor added.

Mr Adedayo had successfully transitioned from viral social media satirist to a major box-office and critically acclaimed Nollywood actor.

He had featured in a series of Nollywood blockbusters, including Lisabi, Jagun Jagun, Anikulapo, Ayinla and Gangs of Lagos among others.
