The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 11 ships carrying petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive at the Apapa and Tin Can Island ports in Lagos between November 3 and 13.
The NPA disclosed this in its Daily Shipping Position made available on Tuesday.
It said that the expected vessels would bring containers of assorted goods, bulk wheat, general cargo, trucks, bulk sugar and bulk gypsum.
The authority also said four ships, including tankers, had arrived at the two ports and were waiting to berth.
The vessels are carrying bulk salt, bulk wheat, general cargo and crude palm oil.
Meanwhile, 21 ships are currently discharging cargoes at the Apapa and Tin Can Island ports.
The cargoes include bulk wheat, crude soybean oil, general cargo, steel, bulk sugar, bulk gas, petrol and containers.
