African Games: Nigeria beat Namibia by three wickets in cricket

Nigeria’s male cricket team, on Monday, defeated their Namibian counterparts by three wickets in her second group B game at the 13th African Games in Ghana.
The game, played at the Achimota A cricket oval, saw Namibia win the toss and opt to bat first. They scored 121 for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs.
Nigeria, in the chase, scored 126 for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs, winning by three wickets.
Isaac Danladi’s 28 runs of 21 balls and two wickets, conceding 12 runs, was instrumental to Nigeria’s win, earning him the Player-of-the-Match award.
Nigeria earlier lost to Tanzania by 47 runs in their first group game.
They will face Zimbabwe in their last group game on Wednesday for a place in the semi-finals.
