African U-19 Volleyball: Nigeria lose 3-0 to Egypt in second game

Nigeria lost its second consecutive game at the ongoing 2022 U-19 Women’s African Volleyball Championship following a 3-0 defeat at the hands of their Egyptian counterparts.
The Nigeria U-19 team went into the game faced with an uphill task after the 2-1 defeat to Cameroon in their opening match on Friday evening.
The Egyptians gave the Nigerians no chance as they dominated the entire game, winning all three sets 22-25, 14-25, and 22-25 respectively to clinch an important three-nil victory at the Package B Indoor Hall of the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.
Nigeria and Egypt, who missed the last edition of the Championship, and the defending champions, Cameroon, are the three teams participating in the tournament.
