Alleged cop killers captured in Rivers: Police

The police command in Rivers has arrested three suspects in connection with the murder of two officers who were attacked while conducting a stop-and-search operation within the Aluu division.
A statement on Tuesday by Agabe Blessing Kaborlo, the command’s spokeswoman, said the two officers were attacked the penultimate Wednesday and two AK-47 rifles were snatched from them.
The suspects are Maduabuchi Emeka ‘Doctor’, 34, a native of Omoku in Onelga LGA, Chinedu Owhor, 42, a native of Omoku in Onelga LGA, and Kamachi Joe, 28, a native of Omoku in Onelga LGA.
