APC cancels Tinubu rally in Kano

The Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has cancelled its second campaign visit to Kano scheduled to hold on February 16.
The announcement was made via the Twitter handle of the party’s PCC and signed by its secretary, James Faleke.
“Good evening all. Pls be informed that the next Kano Rally for the 16/2/23 is hereby canceled. Signed. James Faleke,” the tweet said.
Mr Faleke did not give any reason for the cancellation of the scheduled event.
The APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and his running mate Kashim Shettima, had visited the state in January where they both promised good governance and completion of all ongoing projects by the Muhammadu Buhari regime.
