Appointment: Yabatech appoints new registrar, bursar

The governing council of Yaba College of Technology has appointed Badejo Afolabi as its substantive registrar.

The governing council of Yaba College of Technology has appointed Badejo Afolabi as its substantive registrar.

It also appointed Dada Olusola as its substantive bursar.

The institution made this known in a statement signed by Emmanuel Akinwale, the acting registrar, on Tuesday.

Mr Akinwale said that the appointments, confirmed on Tuesday at the council’s meeting, would run for five years with effect from January 2, 2025.

According to him, the council, under Funso Isolaolu’s chairmanship, congratulates the appointees on their well-deserved appointment.

He expressed confidence that their expertise and dedication would contribute significantly to the continued growth, development and excellence of Yabatech.

Ms Afolabi was a former deputy registrar, while Mr Olusola was the former head of the department of finance account and desk officer of TETFund prior to the appointments.
