Peter Obi has asked Nigerians to remember how they have suffered under the Buhari regime.

“Dear Nigerian Youths, as you listen to the aspirants of the ruling party jostle for their party’s ticket, think and ask if they can offer tomorrow what they could not provide in 7 years; and if you are doing better than you were seven years ago,” Mr Obi said in a tweet Tuesday night.

Mr Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, has promised to shore up the nation’s economy with his private sector experience.

The former Anambra governor decamped from the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party last month.
