Auctioneers institute to hold annual conference

The 2025 annual conference of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers (CIA), Nigeria, has been scheduled to hold on November 19 and 20 in Ilorin, Kwara.
Sanni Olaide, chairman of the 2025 event, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists in Abuja on Sunday.
Mr Olaide said that the event with the theme “Repositioning Nigeria’s Auction Industry” would help redefine the trajectory of Nigeria’s auction industry.
According to him, the highly anticipated two-day event will bring together auction professionals, industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across Nigeria and beyond.
“They will discuss the future of the auction industry and its role in driving economic growth.
“The conference will feature exciting programmes designed to promote creativity and innovative auction platforms, professionalism, and collaboration within the industry in Nigeria.
“It will also provide valuable insights, foster collaborations, and inspire forward-thinking solutions for the auction profession in the country.”
He further said that the event would feature plenary sessions, panel discussions, professional development workshops, networking opportunities and a cultural gala night.
“Registration for the conference is open and attendees are encouraged to secure their spots early by visiting he said.
