Mr Tinubu’s government completed the project started by his predecessor, former President Muhammadu Buhari, with N14 billion.
Representing Mr Tinubu at the commissioning of the edifice, Mr Shettima admitted that the project was executed with taxpayers’ money.
He added that one year is too quick to assess the performance of Mr Tinubu in office.
