Activities of touts around the Abuja city centre are becoming more brazen, posing threats to commuters and other road users due to their unruly mode of operation.
The flood started at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and lasted till Monday morning, causing four deaths and loss of properties.
The statement comes a day after the controversial ban hit 100 days, with rights activists expressing fears that the regime was not in a hurry to rescind its action.
The CBN governor said the disbursement is part of measures to avert the looming food crisis.
