Barcelona pulled off a remarkable comeback in their second outing at the Estadio Ciudad de Valencia, overturning a two-goal deficit to defeat Levante.

Fifteen minutes after kickoff, Levante opened the scoring through Ivan Romero. The goal came after a fine build-up from Sánchez, who sent a cross to Tolijan on the opposite flank. Tolijan laid the ball off for Romero inside Barcelona’s penalty area, and he made no mistake.

Hansi Flick’s side pushed hard to get back into the game, creating chances from all directions. Their best opportunity in the first half came down the left, where Rashford and Balde combined neatly. The full-back surged forward and delivered a cross towards Torres, but his finish went straight at Campos, allowing the Levante goalkeeper an easy save.

Just before the break, in added time, Levante doubled their advantage when they were awarded a penalty. José Morales stepped up and converted confidently from the spot.

Barcelona’s fightback began shortly after, when Pedri finally got his reward. The midfielder unleashed a brilliant right-footed strike from long range after a clever setup by Lamine Yamal, volleying the ball into the net to halve the deficit.

With momentum firmly on their side, Barcelona completed the turnaround late in the game. Ferran Torres rose highest to meet a corner from Raphinha, powering his header past Campos to level the score. Before the final whistle, the Catalan giants added a third when a cross deflected off Levante’s Unai Elgezabal, sealing a dramatic 3-2 victory.

The result marked Barcelona’s second win of the season and their second successive away victory, following a 3-0 triumph over Mallorca last week.
