‘Behind The Scenes’ has continued its dominant run at the Nigerian box office, grossing N1.77 billion to emerge as the number one film of the weekend.
The movie, produced by Funke Akindele and distributed by FilmOne Entertainment, reached the milestone and further consolidated its status as one of Nollywood’s highest-grossing titles.
In a post shared on its official Instagram page, FilmOne expressed appreciation to movie lovers for the sustained support, describing the achievement as another remarkable moment for the film.
“Celebrating yet another incredible milestone as ‘Behind The Scenes’ hits a whopping N1.77 billion and stands as the number one film of the weekend,” the distributor said.
The film’s box office success reflects its strong resonance with viewers, driven by compelling storytelling and widespread word of mouth.
‘Behind The Scenes’ explores themes of ambition, success and the unseen emotional realities behind public image, offering audiences a blend of drama and social commentary.
With the film currently showing in cinemas nationwide and in select international markets, including the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, it is expected to maintain its impressive momentum in the weeks ahead.
