The defendant, whose house address was not provided, is facing charges of fraud and theft.

The prosecutor, Inspector Edet Ekpo, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on March 3, at about 9.00.a.m, at Ile Epo Bus stop, along Lagos-Badagry expressway Badagry, Lagos.
