Canadian govt announces 2026 scholarships for Nigerians, other international students
Canadian authorities have announced 2026 scholarship opportunities for Nigerian and other international students.
The Canadian government announced the fully funded 2026 scholarships, covering Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Diploma, and Certificate programmes for international students on Monday.
“The Canadian Government Scholarships 2026 are fully funded academic scholarships for international students who want to study at leading universities and colleges in Canada,” the statement reads.
It added, “These scholarships are funded by Global Affairs Canada and support undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students across a wide range of academic disciplines.”
Applications for the scholarships end on March 31.
The available disciplines covered by the scholarships include: Engineering and Technology, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Health and Medical Sciences, Business and Economics, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences and Public Policy, and Natural Sciences and Humanities.
