Champion Breweries records N2.3 billion profit in first half

Champion Breweries Plc has generated a profit of N2.3 billion for the first half of the year.

This represents a recovery from its N386.7 million loss within the same period under review in 2024, representing a 692 per cent year-on-year growth.

The beverage company announced this in a corporate disclosure through the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

The company’s revenue also witnessed an uptrend of N15.93 billion in the first half of 2025, compared to N9.54 billion posted in the same period of 2024.

Its gross profit grew from N3.7 billion in the first half of 2024 to N7.89 billion in the corresponding period of the year.

Additionally, the company’s earnings per share increased from a loss of 4.94k in 2024 to 25.57k in the year under review.
