Court remands Lagos BRT driver for murder, rape

The police confirmed the arrest Mr Omininikoron on Monday in connection with the death of 22-year-old Ayanwola

The Yaba Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on Friday, ordered that a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) driver, Andrew Omininikoron, be remanded for 30 days in Ikoyi Prisons for murder and rape of 22-year-old girl Oluwabamise Ayanwola. 

The police confirmed the arrest Mr Omininikoron on Monday in connection with the death of 22-year-old Ayanwola.

According to the police, the accused was arrested by the SSS and handed over to the police.
