Davido announces March 31 for release of new album ‘Timeless’

Afrobeats star Davido on Tuesday returned to social media for the first time in more than three months to announce a new album titled ‘Timeless’.
Davido, who had been off social media since the death of his son Ifeanyi Adeleke, announced his return to business today after several weeks of speculation and teasers on social media.
He had last week deleted thousands of pictures on his Instagram, leaving only a few; with Davido’s Personal Logistics manager, Isreal Afeare, affirming the pop star’s imminent return.
To the excitement of many of his fans, Davido took to his Instagram page with a teaser talking about the importance of time for every event in life and subsequently announced March 31 as the release date for his upcoming album.
“There is a time for everything. A time to Grieve and a time to Heal. A time to Laugh and a time to Dance. A time to Speak and A time for Silence.
“Today, I want to remind you all that what is now Timeless, was once new. It’s time for new. My next album TIMELESS is here, March 31st,” the post caption reads.
He also thanked everyone for their love and support during the difficult moments.
“Thank you to everyone out there for your love and support that has held me down. All the love and messages while I was away, the gifts sent, the concerts you all threw! I appreciate it all.”
