Davido tightens screws on 6th album ‘ORIADE’ for release July 31

Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido is set to release his sixth studio album, ORIADE on July 31.
The singer announced the release date for the much anticipated album on his X account @davido, where he unveiled the album title, ORIADE and confirmed its July 31 release.
The project follows the release of 5ive in April and will become Davido’s sixth studio album, further extpanding a catalogue that has established him among Africa’s leading music artistes.
The 13-track album, which marks Davido’s sixth studio project and coincides with his 15th anniversary in the music industry, draws inspiration from Yoruba culture, with its title symbolising a crowned destiny and fulfilled purpose.
Davido has released five major studio albums; Omo Baba Olowo (2012), A Good Time (2019), A Better Time (2020), Timeless (2023), and 5ive (2026).
His Grammy-nominated album, Timeless, earned a nomination for 66th Annual Grammy Awards in the Best Global Music Album category, while “Feel” received a Best African Music Performance nomination.
