Defendant, 52, arraigned over alleged N5 million fraud

A 52-year-old defendant, Adeleke Ojo, was on Thursday, charged before an Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, over alleged five million naira fraud.
The defendant is standing trial on a three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and stealing.
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
