Diaspora Nigerians praise Enugu governor

Enugu youth in the diaspora have passed a vote of confidence in Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for including youth in his administration.
Ifesi Nwodo, a lawyer and leader of the youth association, described Mr. Ugwuanyi as a peaceful leader and people-friendly, adding that his inclusiveness of the youth in his administration had given them a sense of belonging.
The group’s secretary, Akam Ike, said those who were appointed by the governor were smart youth whose who have been able to prove their worth in public service.
The group said the governor has made so many great impacts on the people of the state by working assiduously to see that Enugu state is standard and well known by the people.
The governor has repeatedly expressed his government’s commitment to youth participation in public service, but he has been widely criticised for failing to fulfil his promise to improve the quality of education and technical training since assuming office in 2015.
