Diddy masturbated, paid to watch me have sex, urinate on Cassie, escort testifies

Daniel Philips, a male escort in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’s sex trafficking trial, gave an explicit testimony of his encounter with the rapper and his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
He told the Manhattan federal court on Monday that Diddy paid him as high as $6000 to watch him engage in sexual intercourse with the female singer.
Mr Philips was the second witness for the prosecution, and he explained that he met both Diddy and Cassie at different locations in Manhattan, sometimes at hotels like Gramercy Park Hotel, the Intercontinental and other times at his private home.
The male escort testified that Diddy was more of an onlooker in the sex sessions and that he preferred to watch him have his way with Cassie and give him directions on what to do.
Mr Daniel told 12 jurors on Monday that Diddy would be “sitting in the corner masturbating.”
The male escort further recounted another occasion when Diddy specifically asked him to urinate on Cassie, a request he obliged.
He also testified that the Grammy award-winning rapper often ordered them (male escort and Cassie) to rub baby oil on themselves.
The reference to baby oil echoes Diddy’s indictment in September 2024 when prosecutors claimed 1000 bottles of baby oil and lube were found at Diddy’s apartments in Miami and Los Angeles after a raid by security agents.
The indictment, prosecutors asserted that the rapper used these oils and lubes at ‘Freak Off’ parties where guests often engaged in wild sex.
Diddy, 55, was arrested in September 2024 on sex trafficking charges, but his trial began on Monday at the Manhattan federal court, where recordings of legal proceedings are prohibited.
Mr Daniel said he saw Diddy throw a bottle at Cassie on one occasion because she did not immediately get up when the rapper called her.
According to his account, Diddy dragged Cassie by her hair to the room where he later heard her screaming. He testified that he feared he would be killed if he ever attempted to report him to the authorities.
Cassie, 38, opted for an out-of-court settlement with Diddy in November 2023 but will be testifying against him in the trial. At 19, she was signed to Diddy’s record label as an artiste in 2005. The duo’s relationship lasted for about 10 years.
In 2019, Cassie married Alex Fine, and they have two children. Mr Fine was in court for Diddy’s trial on Monday.
