Global Health & Pharma, a global information sharing platform focused on human, animal and environmental health, has awarded DRO Health the best telehealth platform in Nigeria during the 2020 Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Awards.

This prestigious award was won alongside global health tech companies innovating in the healthcare sector.

The award highlights the inevitable role of technology in disrupting the healthcare industry in Nigeria.

The CEO, Ifeanyi Iwuchukwu, appreciated the award, stating that telemedicine has the ability to improve our healthcare the way internet banking improved the way we manage our finances.

Norris Campbell, Chief Marketing Officer for DRO Health, noted that the current exponential growth on the app was as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and people have become more comfortable with managing their health via an app.

DRO Health, whose website is www.drohealth.com, also has an optimised application that users can download from Google Play and Apple AppStore.
