Eid-el-Maulud: Benue governor urges Muslims to pray for Tinubu’s govt

Benue State governor, Hyacinth Alia, has urged Muslim faithful to pray and support the President Bola Tinubu-led government to succeed.
This was contained in a statement on Sunday by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, made available to journalists in Makurdi.
Mr Alia urged the Muslim faithful to continue to pray and support the APC-led administration of President Tinubu to succeed.
He assured them that his administration would continue to do everything possible to deliver on its campaign promises.
He equally felicitated with all the Muslim faithful in the state and country, on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Maulud, a significant day which commemorated the birth of Prophet Muhammad.
Mr Alia urged the Muslims to reflect on the principles of the Prophet’s life of kindness, compassion, and his role as a spiritual guide.
He charged them to always engage in dialogue and conversations, aimed at promoting the unity and growth of the state and country.
